Facilities and Laboratories:

Three well-equipped computer sites, four practical skills centers, the English language laboratory, special sites devoted to postgraduate students, classrooms and regular and digital libraries are some of the facilities in the school.

The research center complex, consists of research centers for Health Management and Economics, Health Information Technology, and Social Determinants of Health. These centers follow the objectives of improving the quantity and quality of research, making the studies purposeful, supporting applied and productive activities, promoting the quality of determined research activities, expanding the quantity and quality of the studies concerning the needs of the society, and finally promoting the social health.

Research:

Research areas include:  modification of health system management, management and health economics concepts, fair presentation of healthcare services, social milieu, events, culture, spiritual and psychological health, knowledge management, computer networks and notification systems, electronic health records and  scientometrics and electronic resource management.

The school of Management and Medical Information Sciences is one of the pioneers in the fields of health management, policy making, and economy and information studies in the country and Middle East areas.

Other Activities:

Scientific weekly lectures, workshops and meetings are conducted in order to improve the knowledge of academic members as well as staff and students.
