Definition of Clinical Residency Program

Residency program of clinical specialty programs is a higher academic level. The eligible graduates are granted specialty degrees in the relevant programs after the completion of theory and practical courses and admission in the necessary examinations (evolutionary and final).

Definition of resident: Resident denotes to a person holding Doctorate degree in Medicine who is engaged in training, research and training course activities to acquire theory knowledge and applicable skills in a medical specialty program within a specific duration as approved by the Council of Specialty and Medical Education.
